Protherics PLC (Protherics) is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products largely for the treatment of human diseases. The Company's core technology is focused on immunotherapeutics and oncology. Protherics has four products generating revenues, one out licensed technology generating a royalty revenue stream and several product candidates in various stages of development. The Company has manufacturing practice compliant (GMP) manufacturing facilities in Wales, Australia and Salt Lake City, Utah, and administrative, clinical development and regulatory affairs facilities in Runcorn, Cheshire in the United Kingdom and Nashville, Tennessee, United States.
