Array BioPharma Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of targeted small molecule drugs to treat debilitating and life-threatening diseases. The Company's drug development pipeline is focused on the treatment of cancer and inflammatory disease and includes clinical candidates that are designed to regulate therapeutically important target proteins. As of June 30, 2006, the Company advanced five programs, which include ErbB-2 /epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) (cancer), mitogen-activated kinase (MEK) (inflammation), p38 (inflammation), kinesin spindle protein (KSP) (cancer) and ErbB-2 (cancer). In addition, the Company has out-licensed cancer programs to AstraZeneca PLC, which includes ARRY-886 (AZD6244) and to Genentech, Inc. In July 2006, BioMed Realty Trust Inc. acquired the Company's life science campus located in Boulder, Colorado.
