The ConvaTec segment consists of the ostomy, wound and skin care business. On January 7, 2008, the Company completed the sale of its Medical Imaging business to Avista Capital Partners L.P. In October 2007, BMS completed the acquisition of Adnexus Therapeutics, Inc.
